Size Guide

You can measure your ring size in a number of ways.
Take an existing ring and measure its diameter across or measure around your finger and then look up the corresponding ring size.
Our guide is on hand to take the guesswork out of ring shopping.

How do I measure my ring finger?

      • Wrap a narrow strip of paper or piece of string comfortably around your intended finger.
      • Mark the end (where it meets) and measure the distance. This is the circumference.
      • Match the measurement to the circumference column in the above conversion chart. If it falls between two sizes, we advise you to order the larger size.

How do I measure a ring I already own?

      • Select one of your rings that properly fits the intended finger.
      • Measure the INSIDE diameter of the ring using our helpful Printable Ring Sizing Guide.
      • Match the measurement of your ring against one of the images. If it falls somewhere in between two sizes then you should opt for the larger size.

 

Shipping

We provide free USPS 1st Class shipping for all our products (estimated 3-5 day shipping time). Our gold and silver lines ship within 1-2 business days. Our diamond lines ship within 5-7 days based on the item. Please note the day you place your order does not count as the first business day.

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Returns And Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy to assist our customers on items in our diamond, gold, and silver lines. If you want to return an item, contact us at support@marqueejewelry.com and include the order number. We will then send you an RMA form to complete before returning the item. All returns must be in the same condition as shipped. Returns are processed within 5-7 days after we receive a return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returned order that is not due to an error or defective product.
